App Store & Google Play Screenshot Sizes (2026 Guide)

Getting your screenshot dimensions wrong is one of the most common reasons app store uploads get rejected. Apple and Google each require specific pixel sizes for every device class, and those requirements change as new devices ship. This guide lists the exact width × height for every size you need in 2026, for both the App Store and Google Play.

Screenshots should be exported at full resolution with no rounding or scaling. Upload the highest required size for each platform — Apple needs at least one 6.9" iPhone set and Google needs at least one phone set — and add tablet and TV sizes if your app supports them.

Which sizes do you actually need?

For the App Store, the 6.9" iPhone set is mandatory and automatically scales to smaller iPhones, so it's the one size you can't skip.
